The Second Morning

Once again my calves really hurt, I am starting to wonder if I was doing a move wrong, or just really really correctly.  Today I think I am going to have to just stick to stepping and maybe some planks, crunches and pushups.

Still feels good to know that its working, I definitely feet better :)

For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs and some salsa, because I read somewhere that eggs keep you fuller longer, and help whittle your waist.
