The First Morning

I don't know why I didn't think the wii workouts were that hard.  My body is really hurting.
My abs and all the way around my torso hurts, as well as my calves ALOT!

It is definitely a good feeling, though I don't know how I am going to do any leg exercises thats how bad my calves hurt.

I think from now on I am going to break up my days into different arms and legs days.

Because my arms really don't hurt that much today, I need to find better exercises for them.

I know they have push ups, but I can't really do a push up yet so yesterdays attempt was pitiful.

On to day 2!
